Auto Works · Aurora, Colorado

The straight answer, before we touch your car.

Two bays on Demo Road, one mechanic. You get the diagnosis in plain words and the price in writing. Nothing happens to your car until you say go.

A real diagnosis reads like this.

What it is
Front brake pads & rotors, on a 2019 Honda CR-V
What it isn't
The calipers. Yours were fine, so they are not on the bill.
What it costs
$394.74 in writing, before work starts

Sample numbers. The format is the promise.

The estimate

How it works here

  1. You call, or come by

Tell me the symptom. If it needs eyes on it, drop the car in the morning. Nobody quotes you a number before the car has been looked at.

  2. You get the straight answer

What it is, what it is not, and what it costs. Parts, labor at the posted rate, tax, total. On paper or by text, before anything is touched.

  3. You decide

You approve the number, then I order parts. If something turns up mid-job, you get a text with the change before it happens. Never a surprise at pickup.

The estimate, explained line by line

The board

Six services, priced in the open

What it is
Pads, rotors, and hardware: parts and labor, per axle. If your rotors still measure within spec, I tell you that and you keep the difference.
What it isn't
Automatically rotors. If yours measure within spec, you keep that difference.
What it costs
$180–$420 per axle Typical time: half a day. Drop off in the morning

Oil & fluid service

$65–$120

Typical time: about 45 minutes. Waiting is fine

Diagnostics

$95 flat, credited toward the repair

Typical time: usually same day

The whole board: all six services, all ranges

Afterward

One text after pickup. That is the whole campaign.

A day after you pick the car up, one message with one link to the public Google listing. Every customer gets the same ask, whether the visit went perfectly or not.
